What’s included in SUN
In the Semi Comprehensive contract “SUN” includes all electrical and mechanical parts of elevator, but limited to Main Motor, Control Panel, ARD, Sheave, Traction Belt/Ropes, Main Drive, Cabin Fan, Batteries, Elevator Enclosure including Flooring, Bulbs including LED lights and Fluorescent tubes, Elevator Car and Landing door panel(s)/Gates and vandalism of any item(s) including electrical and mechanical parts of elevator. If original parts or components are not available, the parts or components fitted will be of equal quality and functionality.
- Covers 08 Periodic Servicing of Lift per year to enhance the lift life cycle.
- Unlimited Call Backs/ Breakdown Services.
- 24X7 Technical Support in case of Emergency Rescue Operation.
We shall send our staff to attend elevator/elevators breakdown with asap time after receiving the breakdown information from a responsible/authorized person from your side, subject to availability of mechanics and normal working condition in a particular area.
