What’s included in MOON
In the Non-Comprehensive contract “MOON” includes maintenance and services of lift with unlimited call back. All electrical and mechanical items/parts can be repaired during the contract (if possible) or replacement of these items on customer’s cost. It does not include the cost of parts/components and labour charges. Any part needs to be replaced, we will submit a separate proposal to the customer and will carry out the work accordingly. Our experienced staff shall attend the service at 30-day intervals on working days to check-up. Your elevator as well as to clean oil grease and to adjust parts if necessary.
- Covers 08 Periodic Servicing of Lift per year to enhance the life cycle of the elevator.
- Unlimited Call Backs/ Breakdown Services.
- 24X7 Technical Support in case of Emergency Rescue Operation.
- We shall supply the required Grease, Oil, Cotton waste to maintain your elevator.
We shall send our staff to attend elevator/elevators breakdown with asap time after receiving the breakdown information from a responsible/authorized person from your side, subject to availability of mechanics and normal working condition in a particular area.
